This luxury villa in the heart of Los Cristianos offers elegance, tranquility, and modern comfort, with capacity for 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Ideal for families, friends, or business trips, it stands out for its spacious outdoor areas surrounded by trees, providing privacy and calm. Just 5 minutes by car from the beach, it is perfect for an unforgettable experience in the south of Tenerife. Spread over two floors, the ground floor offers spacious and comfortable areas for an unforgettable stay. It features two living rooms, one with a Smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and direct access to the outdoor spaces, which include a wooden pergola with a dining area, sunbathing areas, and a reading nook with stunning views of Los Cristianos. On the upper floor are the 5 bedrooms: the master with a double bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi; the second with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the third and fourth, each with two single beds and a shared bathroom; and the fifth with a double bed and an interior balcony. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including appliances such as a toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge, blender, oven, microwave, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water filtration system, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, crib, high chair, BBQ, darts, towels, bed linen, and much more. To visit Playa de los Cristianos is to go deep into a seafaring atmosphere that blends in with the city. This urban beach is one of the first to be reached by tourists in the 1960s. You will fall in love with its calm waves, its golden sand and the small fishing boats that anchor in its waters. At the foot of the beach you will find all the services of a tourist centre, as well as a wide range of water sports.
