The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

The damage deposit will only be requested on specific dates, such as those that coincide with Medieval or Isabel de Segura Weddings (in February of each year) or the Angel or Vaquillas Festivals (in July of each year). Please note that on these dates you will not be able to stay if you have not made the damage deposit. Damage could be considered smoking in the rooms or common spaces, more guests staying than those reserved, or access or use of the facilities by people other than those registered, material damage, bringing pets or any other type of damage.
