Welcome to this quiet villa situated near Carmona for up to 4 people. The exterior of this finca is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday with your companions as it has a large green garden area where you can relax in the open air. In the garden you will be able to enjoy a chlorine swimming pool shared with the owners of the finca, 12 metres long and 4.50 metres wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.90 metres. Before entering the house there is a beautiful Andalusian style patio, where you can relax reading a book in the open air. The interior of the property, distributed over one floor, begins with an open plan area where you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen. You can relax in the armchairs watching movies on the Smart TV in the evening. When it's time to eat, you can cook delicious dishes in the ceramic hob equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, and enjoy the delicious food with your companions at the dining table. As for the rooms, the house has two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed and the second with two single beds, both with wardrobes. A complete bathroom with shower serves the whole house. There is a centralized A/C system so that all the rooms have A/C. Finally, there is a washing machine for your use during your stay. Please note that the house does not have a cot or highchair.
