Recently refurbished by one of San Sebastian’s most famous interior designers, this fantastic apartment combines quality and charm with the ease of a hard to beat location. Its 70m2 have been arranged to offer the utmost in comfort, convenience and luxury. Three large French windows provide lots of natural light and help creating a pleasant, soothing atmosphere. The elegant living/dining area comes with comfortable sofas, a cutting edge TV and a large table with six chairs. The kitchen, impeccable in style, opens to the living area and comes with all the modern appliances you might need to create delicious dishes from local fresh produce. Two modern sliding doors give access from the living/dining area to a bedroom with a spacious double bed and ample wardrobe space for your convenience. The bathroom can be accessed both from the bedroom and the hallway. It comes with a shower, a double vanity unit and fresh towels for your perusal. That’s the perfect accommodation for your stay in San Sebastián.

A magnificent situation for your visit to San Sebastian. It is one of the most delightful areas in town. Living in the center of our city has numerous advantages because of the commercial centers, establishments dedicated to autochthonus gastronomy and the great beach of “La Concha”, one of our three beaches which is surrounded by the gardens of “Alderdi Eder” because of all this it is a very comfortable for your visit in San Sebastian. Some of our apartments are situated in “Miraconcha” suburb which enjoys of beautiful views to the beach of “La Concha” and is located in the center. Center Area is an organized area, where buildings and other constructions are perfectly integrated in the environment resulting all this in streets, avenues and walk areas. The Old Part is only a few meters away and so are the “Kursaal” palace, the fishing port and the famous market of “San Martin” where apart of a supermarket you may also find clothing stores and typical gastronomic products which you can cook in our apartments.
