JOY TENERIFE Charming House has been recently renovated and consists of two units, totally independent and well-equipped, with a communal relaxation area with private pool, outdoor tables and chairs, sun loungers, panoramic terrace and reserved parking space. It can be rented separately or as a whole, and can accommodate from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 8 people

JOY TENERIFE Charming House is located within a secure residential complex (Fairway Village), access to which is controlled and restricted to residents and guests only. It is located in the southern part of the island of Tenerife, one of the best in terms of climate, biodiversity and quality of life.
