Important Information: Check-in and Location: Check-in is done at our agency located at Calle Girona 167, local 2, 08037, Barcelona. This service is available from Monday to Saturday from 15:00 to 18:00. Outside of these hours and on Sundays, a self check-in is organized days prior to arrival to ensure a smooth entry. Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 15:00 onwards. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Key collection is done at our reception in the same building, from Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Key Barcelona HOUSING (Carrer Girona) in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
