Exterior: The Distance to the beach is 200 meters (beach of SaBoadella) –where is the most picturesque bay of the cost or beach of Fenals – 450 meters. There are supermarkets, bus station near the complex, from where you can go to the train station of Blanes or to the center of city. By the road to the beach of Fenals you can find restaurants with menus of different countries, bars, also shops with souvenirs and accessories for the beach, pharmacy. Just in 5 minutes by car to the old part of city, with area of discos and entertainments. At 400m – entrance to the highway exit to Barcelona – France. Within 5-10 minutes by car there are a water park Waterworld, children's entertainment park gnomo-park and Dolphinarium Marineland On the coastal slope in 2-minutes by walk there are botanical gardens “Gardens of St. Clotilde”, with a magnificent sea view. Airport - Girona 30km (Ryan Air destination) Airport - Barcelona 85 km (1 hour 10 minutes on the paid road) Railway station - Blanes 8 km
