The flat is located on the first floor of a building with ramps and a lift. It is very bright, has windows in all rooms and is really cosy thanks to its modern and simple furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and microwave, among other things, and there is a utility room with a washing machine, so you are welcome to stay longer and feel totally at home.
The location is ideal: the supermarket is next door and the beach is only a few metres away. There is also a bus stop nearby or if you have a rental car, you can park for free in the streets of the neighbourhood. The beach avenue invites you for long walks or sports, to relax and to get to know the other neighbouring beaches. There are restaurants and cafés for culinary delights. Also, Telde is an excellent starting point for excursions around the island: Las Palmas 15 minutes, Maspalomas 25 minutes, center of the island like Tejeda 1 hour.
