La Casita de Paco is a ground floor house located in the lower Albayzin, just 5' from Plaza Nueva, Gran Via and all those places of interest in the city. It allows you to have everything so close and at the same time offers a very pleasant tranquility and calm to rest. The house has a cooling system through ceiling fans, since in the area where the house is located it is not allowed to place the same air conditioning machine on the facade. And regarding the heating system, the options that the page allows you to choose do not include the heating that is used in the house, which is through a thermal emitter with a power of 1200w and that reaches a temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. The heating system is automatically programmed and you can enjoy it for 12 hours a day for free. You can choose the schedule that best suits your needs prior to your arrival and I will take care of programming it. If a schedule is not agreed upon, I will have it on from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. ••HOUSE RULES••VERY IMPORTANT•• It is totally forbidden to bring home any person outside the reserve, that is, THE ENTRY TO THE HOUSE OF ANYONE OTHER THAN THE REGISTERED GUEST IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. IN THE EVENT THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER SEES SOMEONE DIFFERENT, AN ECONOMIC CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY (FOR THE PERSON OTHER THAN THE RESERVATION) BASED ON THE DAYS THAT THE GUEST HAS IN THE RESERVATION. •Visits are not accepted •It is not allowed to have parties or make noise between 00:00 and 09:00. • Meetings are not allowed in the house since only guests who have paid the amount established for their stay can be in it and no one outside the house will be able to have access to the interior of the house. •The price of the house is per person and night, at no time does the person making the reservation make the reservation of the house in its entirety, therefore only the person or persons who have previously paid for it and no one can make use of it.

Hello, I'm Asun, a young woman from Granada who four years ago decided to embark on this project and create Casita de Paco, a place that maintains the essence of the Albaicín neighborhood. Despite being located in the heart of it, it feels like you're away from the world, thanks to the peace and tranquility that permeates it. It's a very special place for me, filled with positive energy, created with a lot of love and enthusiasm so that people who decide to visit Granada can take away a pleasant memory of the place where they rested and stayed. In addition to all of the above, I'm fortunate enough to be able to express firsthand what it's like to live in a place like this, since I was born, raised, and have chosen to continue living on the same streets that saw me play, run, and become the woman I am today. For this reason, I know the beauty and appeal that a neighborhood like this inspires. Throughout its history, this city has been a melting pot of different cultures, a tradition that continues to this day. The neighborhood is a very central and quiet area, despite being in the heart of Granada, we have the privilege of being in a neighborhood that falls in love, due to its tranquility and resemblance to a town, where we all know each other.
