La Perla Exotica is a unique classic one floor villa with a breathtaking ocean view nestled in the outskirts of the town of Puerto de la Cruz, one of the best and most privileged areas for ocean views, space, and sun. The Villa is 377m2 and was built on a plot of 4.300m2 in a safe and quiet residential area 2km from the renowned Mesón El Monasterio and among the well-known estates of this part of the Island. 5 min drive from Puerto de La Cruz. LA PERLA EXOTICA has an ideal position to enjoy it all. Classic-modern style, built in 1970, and was FULLY renovated end of 2023 with top quality materials, 2 private pools, one outdoor pool overlooking the ocean while surrounded by palm trees, Japanese roses etc.; another indoor heated pool in an exotic private ambience of warm and delicate lighting, a real volcanic stone wall and a pool bar. Built on 1 floor without architectural barriers for your mobility. 6 large bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The living rooms are 25 m2 and are designed with large windows giving direct access to the outdoor pool area, a spacious entrance hall with an extra toilette and a spacious independent kitchen with top quality appliances and fittings. We have ping pong table, tennis table and football table.

Nestled in the outskirts of the town of Puerto de la Cruz - one of the best and most privileged areas for ocean views, space, and sun. The Villa is 377m2 and was built on a plot of 4.300m2 in a safe and quiet residential area just 5 min by car to the ocean beach and the world famous Loro Parque, 2km from the renowned Mesón El Monasterio and among the well-known estates of this part of the Island. The villa has plenty of things to offer, in addition - easy access roads, TF5 motorway, shopping areas as well as all other services are minutes away by car or walking; big supermarkets are just 5 min walking distance.
