Villa Mimosa is a charming, renovated holiday home spread over 3 floors plus a roof terrace and is the ideal destination for a family, friends, or team holiday with a capacity of up to 12 people.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 2 TVs and two 2 living rooms with sofa beds and two desks. A terrace on the ground floor and 1st floor, a balcony and a roof terrace with 2 sofas and a large table offer perfect places for enjoyment, fun and dining outdoors, for sunbathing.
A total of 154 sqm of living space plus 65 m2 of terraces. There is also around 40 m2 of space around the house to store surfboards and bicycles. There is a parking space directly in front of the house.
With all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including barbecue, high chair, cot, WiFi on all levels and Smart TV included, this villa is located just a few kilometers from the main cultural and tourist attractions.
A shared pool in the small community offers guests a fabulous option of a cooling dip.

Villa Mimosa is a few kilometers from the main cultural and tourist attractions, such as Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes, Jardín de Cactus, Mirador del Río, and the island of La Graciosa, among others.
This villa is located in the fishing village of Punta Mujeres, in the north of the island, which reflects the authentic and classic character of Lanzarote and has many natural pools 100-200 m away, a football field, a pétanque or boules area, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach Playa de la Garita is in the neighboring village of Arrieta, the fine sandy beach Caleta de Mojon Blanco can be reached by car or bike in a few minutes.
