My neighbough is very quiet and everything is nice and really well mantained. There are nice hotels in the area with amazing spa facilities. The villa benefits from a parking space right opposite the property. I would defenetly recommend to hire a car to tour the island. Also advisable to travel to Fuerteventura! Take the Ferry from Playa Blanca! You can walk to the vessel from the villa.
