The place is perfect for a big family and for people looking for a large, authentic town-house. It dates from early 20th century and we kept many of the original elements, renovating it to make it functional. It is a 3 story house ( ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor). The location is just perfect. 5 min to the beach, 8 min to the thermal baths and the Picasso museum. The train station is just 3 min away and it takes a bit less than an hour to get you to Barcelona. We can lend you 3 bikes. A strong WIFI and a PC screen makes it also a perfect home office. Our house is rather cool in summer, because of the high ceilings. In winter (Nov-Mar), it can get a bit chilly inside as the house doesn't have a central heating but electric heaters.
I live with my family in Switzerland but I was born and raised in Barcelona. Ever since I remember, I have spend my holidays in Caldes d Estrac.
You will be in the center of an authentic beach town. You have everything you need close-by: supermarket, pharmacy, train station, restaurants, post office, medical center... and of course the beach ! Barcelona is less than 1 hour away.
