Property information

Brand new modern design apartments in the heart of Cotillo within walking distance of the wonderful beaches. Bright, fully equipped and with minimal shapes. Two identical units for two types of apartment. Each with two double bedrooms, large spaces, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and relaxation areas. The ideal space for families, friends and small groups. Experience the designer duplex with rooftop terrace and ocean view, relaxing Balinese bed and outdoor shower, balcony and two bathrooms or the open plan apartment on the ground floor with large windows and a small interior patio with washing machine. The apartments are two, identical and mirrored. Allocation is based on availability at the time of booking. The view and arrangement of the furniture may be different from those shown in the photos.

Neighbourhood information

El Cotillo, a small fishing village situated on the northwest coast of Fuerteventura. With its beautiful landscapes, beaches, lagoons and crystal water it is truly a small paradise. The village offers very good restaurants and a lot of services. It's a very quiet, peaceful and relaxing place.
