Property information

This unique apartment has a style all of its own. It is front line to the Mediterranean sea and has amazing sea views from every aspect of the apartment. It has a stylish, modern, open plan kitchen and living area and is fully equipped with all essentials. Due to the orientation of the apartment, there is a natural air flow throughout. All rooms are also fitted with ceiling fans. The small but comfortable balcony, overlooks the Mediterranean and is the ideal place to relax and soak up the view.

The property is conveniently situated as there are both supermarkets and restaurants open all year round within a 1.5 km. radius. It is also well-connected thanks to the bus route which runs along the strip and is close to Cartagena, only 48km away. The closest airport is Murcia International, which is just 69km away.
