This newly-renovated holiday flat, located 50 metres away from la Rada beach, can accommodate up to 6 guests in three double bedrooms. Bright and airy, this second-floor flat (accessible via lift) has a bathroom, a shower room, a good-size living-dining room, a well-appointed kitchen, a small terrace and a communal swimming pool, as well as Wi-Fi and a workspace area. The flat can accommodate up to 6 guests in its three double bedrooms: 1. Main double bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe. 2. Twin room with two single beds and a wardrobe. 3. A third bedroom with a small double sofa-bed, a wardrobe and a workspace area with a desk and an office chair. This bedroom leads out onto the terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast table and appliances include a ceramic electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer. All cooking and tableware essentials are provided, as well as an Italian coffee maker, a toaster, a blender and a kettle. In the bright living-dining room there is a round dining table and four chairs, a comfortable reclining sofa and a TV. The flat has a bathroom (bath with shower over it) and a separate shower room. The third bedroom leads out onto a small terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool. There is a small table and chairs, storage and a wall-mounted clothes drying rack.
The flat is located barely 50 metres away from la Rada beach and the newly-renovated promenade. Within a five-minute walk from the flat you will find a great variety of local business: several bakeries, a butcher’s, several fishmongers, greengrocer’s, supermarkets, coffee shops and other shops. This flat’s superb location means that you can walk to the beach in one minute and also reach Estepona’s historical centre in under 15 minutes on foot. And its proximity to one of the main avenue makes it easy to leave town and visit nearby destinations.
