Perfect for your family holidays surrounded by nature yet with a real home from home experience. The whole property is rented and is fully-equipped with everything you need. From the terrace you can see the entire panorama of El Pinet: the natural reserve, the coast of the city of Santa Pola, the Mediterranean pine forest and the beach, and most of the urbanization in the typical rustic Mediterranean style. The property is the last one on the street, receiving light and very good ventilation during the whole day, which makes it possible to sleep at night enjoying a fresh and pleasant sea breeze and without depending on air conditioner (however available in all rooms). The house is located right next to the swimming pool, making the access quick and easy; It is surrounded by natural grass and separated from the house by a cypress natural fence that acts as a visual and acoustic barrier, giving the house tranquility and privacy.

The El Pinet beach is just 400 meters away, and is directly accessible by paved and well-lighted roads that connect the house with the seaside (about 10-minute walk). If you prefer to drive, a big public, free parking lot is available at just 25 meters away from the seaside. El Pinet de La Marina is one of the local's favorite areas to spend the day surrounded by nature. The beach is a semi-virgin beach with natural dunes and surrounded by native vegetation, with clear waters and calm waves throughout the year. The urbanization is very wide and spacious, extended in a large area with low houses built on rustic Mediterranean style as well as some houses with modern style, giving the neighborhood a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity. The Pinet is strategically located and with multiple services in the area, while enjoying absolute tranquility in a residential area protected by the Valencian Community that prevents the construction of new buildings and promotes the expansion of the green area across the Costa Blanca. The center of La Marina is only 900 meters away, with numerous shops and stores in the area with everything you need for your stay.
