Property information

Situated few steps from the beautiful volcanic beach La Tejita, this apartment has two swimming pools: for adults heated with solar energy, and for children, paddle tennis and a private furnished sun terrace with the El Teide volcano, La Tejita beach and Montaña Roja views. The apartment is located in a newly built luxury residential development LAS TERRAZAS DE SOTAVENTO. Supermarket and restaurants are a 1-minute walk. Free private uderground parking and free wifi are available (a router is connected to the Smart TV, you can use your Netflix subscription here). There is a flat-screen TV and an L-shaped sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and many kitchen utensils that you need. The main bedroom comes with a double bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Equipped with 2 bathrooms, one bathroom has a bath, the other has a corner shower. A hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, towels and linen are provided.

Neighbourhood information

You can take one of many hiking trails that will take you from the apartment to the top of Montaña Roja (Red Mountain) 171 m above sea level, which is located in a protected nature reserve. The surfers’ town El Medano is a 5-minute drive. Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf & Country Club are also within few minutes drive reach. The town of Los Cristianos is a 20-minute drive and Tenerife South Airport is a 10-minute drive.
