This house is ONLY for families, not groups who want to party. We allow a maximum of 8 adult guests. The house is not rented out to groups of friends. Large well-equipped house located 5 minutes walk from Meloneras beach and 20 minutes to Maspalomas. Panoramic view of the sea from both bedrooms, living room and patio. Large pool area surrounded by lush trees and bushes, there is also a children's pool. Private access to a jacuzzi for up to five guests. The jacuzzi also has a movie projector for those who want to bathe and watch a movie simultaneously. Close to many restaurants, malls, Mercadona, hospital, gym, golf course, and amusement park. The space The house consists of three floors. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony with an outstanding sea view. The second bedroom has a large desk with two monitors. Downstairs has two large bedrooms and a living room with large TV. The entrance floor has a kitchen, living room with large TV, patio and a small garden with a hottub. The bedrooms upstairs and the entrance floor have air conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Fully equipped kitchen. Meta VR glasses and 4 TVs with all desirable streaming services. There are also many board games, books, spinning bike, exercise equipment and beach toys. Guests have two bicycles.

The house is centrally located in Meloneras, a few minutes away is Gran Canaria's largest five-star hotel. It is possible to visit these facilities to eat at the buffet, visit SPA facilities, evening shows and during the day you can book a day pass at the hotel's pool areas. The area around the house is fenced, well maintained and family friendly. As a guest, you are expected to behave calmly and in a way that does not disturb the neighbours. It is absolutely not allowed to organize parties Guest access You have access to the entire house, however, a number of wardrobes are locked as this is my own residence which I rent out when I am not living in Gran Canaria for periods of time. But I am a professional host so everything will be prepared to give the guests a good experience. There are plenty of free wardrobes for the guests and the pictures of my children are in a chest of drawers :-) Other things to note This is my third Booking property. I already have Villa Violetta which is Gran Canaria's highest rated large luxury villa as well as an apartment in Las Palmas which is very popular.
