This studio, located in Madrid, is ideal for 2 people. You will find at your disposal an access to the pool, an enclosed garden and fast Wi-Fi connection. It offers a perfect space to relax after spending a busy day in the city. Get on the couch and enjoy a good book or enjoy all the amenities at your disposal, such as a fiber optic internet connection with high-speed Wi-Fi, and SmartTV with Netflix app and a DVD player. (due to new Netflix politics prohibiting account sharing, access to the service depends on the guest having a Netflix account) You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then taste them around the dining room table with capacity for 4 people or outdoors, on the terrace overlooking the garden. The studio has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a bidet. If you need to use the sofa as an extra bed, please indicate it to prepare bedding. A fee will be charged. It has central heating, iron and ironing board, washing machine and desk. Towels, bed linen and previous cleaning are included in the price. The traveller must take care of further cleaning during their stay. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
