Beautiful 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with WIFI, air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, large private terrace approximately 20 metres square with sea view and a pergola with awning. The building also benefits from a communal pool and private parking. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds, living room, separate kitchen and a family bathroom. The apartment is situated approximately 100 metres from the promenade and beach and is surrounded by many leisure facilities, shops and restaurants.
The apartment is centrally situated and within walking distance of the main shopping area and has a good selection of supermarkets nearby. It is also a short walk from the many attraction and children's facilities on the extensive promenade adjoining the beach.
