Photographer, Italian, I live in Lanzarote since 2013. I manage with Silvia, my collegue, Lanzaroteando a management company for holiday apartments and services on the island. The apartment has a large double bedroom. Bathroom with shower, bright living room with a double sofa bed. It has a smart TV with DTT channels (you can use your own Netflix/Apple/Amazon tv thanks to the fiber internet connection), a free fiber internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffe machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. The terrace is very spacious and has a nice view of the pool area.

The apartment is ideal for a holiday where you can combine water sports (windsurfing, swimming), walking and cycling, sunbaths and sea. Shopping area and nightclubs are a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants, bars, shops, public transport and taxis are also reachable on foot in a few minutes. Everything is at your fingertips. The complex is very well maintained and it has 2 swimming pools: one for children and one for adults, a restaurant / bar and a direct access to the beach of Las Cucharas (famous for windsurfing). The car is not necessary.
