Mare Apartments is also a family-run project, born out of love, dedication, and great enthusiasm. I’m passionate about welcoming people from all over the world and offering them a stay full of calm, beauty, and thoughtful touches. I especially love seeing our guests unwind, fall in love with the surroundings, and leave with a smile in their hearts. Mare Apartments is a new boutique accommodation located on the main street of Marbella’s Old Town, one of the city’s most charming and authentic areas. Just a 3-minute walk from the most central beaches and right next to the iconic Plaza de los Naranjos, it offers the perfect experience for those looking to enjoy the true Andalusian lifestyle, surrounded by pedestrian streets and beautiful traditional architecture. Our apartments and lofts have been carefully designed, inspired by the sea breeze, the calm of the Mediterranean, and the golden sunsets of the Costa del Sol. The interior style radiates serenity, with clean lines, soft tones, natural light, and a soothing atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy every moment. Each space includes a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and either a balcony or a terrace. The apartments with balconies offer direct views of the picturesque Plaza de los Naranjos – the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine with a view. The penthouses, located on the top floor, boast privileged views of the Church of La Encarnación and can be connected, ideal for guests travelling together. Mare Apartments is located in the vibrant heart of Marbella’s Old Town, a charming pedestrian area full of history, Andalusian character and Mediterranean soul. Our guests love strolling through its narrow flower-lined streets, discovering little boutiques, lively bars with soul, and hidden corners full of local life. Getting lost in the Old Town is always a good idea. Just steps away, you’ll find Plaza de los Naranjos, La Encarnación Church, and lovely terraces – perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset. Our tip? Take your time and go with the flow. In just 3 minutes on foot, you’ll reach Marbella’s most beautiful city beaches – ideal for sunbathing or a peaceful walk along the shore. Don’t leave without tasting the local flavours: tapas, pescaíto frito (fried fish), paella, or churros with hot chocolate. And if you’re in the mood for something special, a catamaran ride to Puerto Banús or a sunset bike ride along the promenade are always magical options we love to recommend.
