Our flat is in the heart of Granada. Next to the Golden Mile, Calle Ganivet. A stone's throw from anywhere, its location is ideal for the cultural tourist, the discerning shopper or the business traveller. It is next to Calle Ganivet, a street well known by the people of Granada, it has been the epicentre of many events and is currently part of the official Semana Santa (Holy Week) race. It is especially known nowadays as an area where you can have a drink with family or friends in the heart of the city. The flats have air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, and kitchenette with appliances and other amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the bathroom, you will find hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will also be accompanied by us for any questions or help you may need during your stay. We are super host and our aim is to make your trip more comfortable and unforgettable.

It has been refurbished to give it a more modern and cosy character. The decoration has been revised down to the smallest detail with an industrial style to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Not only as a decorator but also as a hostess I love taking care of my guests, recommending places of interest, accompanying them during their stay to make it easier and unforgettable.

Our flats Mariana & Ganivet are located next to Calle Ganivet, in the Golden Mile of Granada. At 600 m from the Cathedral. Thanks to its excellent location, close to the flats you will find the Realejo quarter, Albaicín, the Alhambra, the Royal Chapel, Gran Vía Street, Navas Street, Plaza Nueva or Puerta Real.
