This luxury apartment from 2023 with stunning sea views is situated in an exclusive area of the Costa del Sol, just 15 minutes’ drive from the airport, and 250 meters from the beautiful Carvajal sand beach. This spectacular, new, and charming flat is designed for a family stay, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers direct access to the terrace. The bright living room-kitchen is equipped with designer furniture and high-quality standards. The flat boasts a huge 60 m2 equipped terrace, with dining area, sun loungers and amazing sea views, perfect for your enjoyment and relaxation. In the common area, guests will discover a spacious swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, all designed to enhance your stay. There is free parking in a reserved spot in the underground parking garage, directly accessible via lift.

We are a danish family of 5 persons who enjoy sun, bathing and being active together. We have taken great care to make the apartment welcoming with all-new furnitures and a warm atmosphere with excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoy swimming in the pool or a fresh morning swim in the Mediterranean Sea, only a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is part of the exclusive MedTwo Collection, perfectly situated within walking distance to a stunning sand beach and to the Carvajal train station, with direct access to the airport, and the cities of Malaga, Benalmadena and Fuengirola. From the beach, you can follow a nice boardwalk to Fuengirola with numerous restaurants and cafes along the way. A free shuttle service takes you to a supermarket, as well as extensive fitness and wellness facilities and tennis and paddle courts at the nearby renowned Hotel Higuerón. Several golf courses are situated within 8 kilometers drive.
