Relax in a luxurious and spacious environment in a quiet yet central location, just a short walk from the main beaches of the village. This corner townhouse offers not only the privilege of a community pool but also a large private terrace with dining area, BBQ, chill-out corner and sun loungers to enjoy the Canarian sun all year round. Its three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms with showers (one of them en-suite) and a toilet on the ground floor, create privacy for groups or families of up to 6 people. Its living room is spacious and cosy and is connected to its open space kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The whole is decorated in a very stylish way and with a lot of attention to detail. A double private underground parking space completes the property. Terraza del Sol, your oasis of well-being! Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the private, enclosed terrace with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, a fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife South Airport, noise nuisance may occasionally occur. After check-out, guests must return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
