Your beachfront home! Enjoy the unique location of this beachfront townhouse in front of the beach La Jaquita with ocean views from its two terraces. One of them is located on the ground floor which is accessed through its private entrance and offers an intimate space for outdoor dining. From here we access the spacious and bright living room with its comfortable sofa and dining area. On the ground floor we also find a complete bathroom with shower and the independent, fully equipped kitchen that leads to the back terrace that offers a laundry area with washing machine and space to hang the clothes and store sports equipment as it is not allowed to store it inside the house. The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms and a terrace with spectacular sea views and sun loungers to enjoy the sun, as well as another complete bathroom, in this case with bathtub and bidet. And for absolute comfort, there is a private garage with direct access to the property. Sunrise Medano is located directly in front of La Jaquita beach in a quiet residential area, 400 metres from the Cabezo beach, while the centre of the village can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Wi-Fi fibre optic connection, bed linen and towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are, as always, included. After check-out, guests must return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
