The penthouse consists of two double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with showers, one of them en-suite, a very bright living room with many windows as the property is on a corner, from which you can access the terrace on the lower floor with dining area, and a very modern open-space fully equipped kitchen. Every corner of this property is tastefully decorated with special care and attention to detail. It is located in a quiet area but at the same time only a few minutes walking distance to the centre of the village and its beaches. Swimming pool, private Jacuzzi or beach...let yourself be enchanted. As usual in our proposals, high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi, international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included. We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or any other sports equipment inside this holiday home. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE. UPDATE 14/07 Roadworks are taking place near this holiday home and are expected to continue at least until mid-August. These works may cause noise disturbances. We apologize for any inconvenience. After check-out, guests must return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if it is closed, deposit it in the mailbox located next to the entrance.
