Free parking available on the street. MAH Maspalomas offers you quality and cozy accommodation on your holiday. This is a colorful and fully equipped apartment with a large window overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the community pool. You can open the large windows full width in the living room and enjoy the spectacular view. This is an air-conditioned apartment, offers high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, and bedroom with 2 single (or a double) beds and in the living room 1 sofa bed for relax. There is available 2 loungers at the community pool for exclusive use only.

The apartment is located in San Agustín, which is a popular, and quiet turistical & residential coastal area of Maspalomas, where you can avoid the noise of the resort town. Perfect location for those who want to be close to the tourist attractions but not too close to disturb their rest. Everything is nearby: supermarket, shopping center, restaurants and bars, sandy beaches, as well as the beautiful coastal promenade that takes you to Playa del Inglés and to the famous Maspalomas dunes, which is in just 20 minutes' walk.
