Torrox Costa boasts the best climate in Europe, so it is very likely that you can enjoy the beach practically all year round. This cozy, modern and bright fully renovated apartment is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Torrox Costa: Laguna Beach. The perfect location, 30 seconds walk from the beach, has all kinds of services, large garden areas with fountains, ponds, streams, benches, a children's playground, five adult swimming pools (one Olympic size and one heated for the winter months), two children's pools, four tennis courts, a paddle court, etc. Towels, bed linen and hand soap included. Located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It has a covered terrace with sea views, a dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room. It also has air conditioning with a heat pump, smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. At Laguna Beach-Moderno everything is geared to provide the best stay for the guest. We are waiting for you!
