Property information

Newly built apartments in El Clot, very close to the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas. Each apartment has a full kitchen with air conditioning, TV screen, Wifi.

Neighbourhood information

To get to know the city, the use of public transportation is recommended. Monturiol Apartments is located in an area with a wide variety of public transport lines, guests can take the metro (L1 and L2) or the Rodalies train at the Clot stop, the H12 bus at Gran Vía and the tram at the square. of the Catalan Glories (T4, T5 and T6). With the L1 metro line you can easily visit: Arc de Triomphe, Plaza Cataluña, Plaza Universidad, Plaza España, Montjuic... And with the L2 metro line: Sagrada Família, Plaza Tetuán, Paseo de Grácia... And with The V27 bus can take you to Mar Bella beach or Bogatell beach.
