Our apartment is located in a historic building with 4 floors, ours is the third . Two apartments per floor . All neighbors are nice people, some retired, some young but all workers, so it is a quiet place. It is renovated in full , in July 2019 and all windows with double glazing so it is well insulated with Wooden floors too. We have installed a dishwasher just in case you feel like staying in one night as it would make your stay easier. The apartamento is bright but in summer is not too hot and in winter not too cold, the facade walls are quite thick!

My name is Chus and I live in Logroño, my home town from which I have been away for many years working in Tenerife, Canary Islands and elsewhere. We have several bus lines that stop right at the corner of the building although it is not necessary to use it at all, since the Gran Via, the main street with all the fashion stores and cafes, etc, is 200 meters away and the old town, Laurel street, San Agustin for tapas and pichos, 8 minutes walk at most. The rest of the pedestrian streets and restaurants are even closer. The bus station is 5 minutes away, two parallel streets from the apartment, 300 mts and the train station, in the next one, 6 minutes walking. In our street you will find more than 5 local Homemade and fresh food and dishes . Starters, main course and dessert for very little money.!La Rioja is well know for the wines and for the gastronomy and eating in or out is the easiest !
