HOSTAL rooms (all with private bathrooms) located in the heart of Santa Eulalia, 100 meters away from the bus and taxi station, less than 3 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade with all services and on a street with a very wide gastronomic offer, bars and shops. Our balcony rooms have been renovated in 2022. All our rooms have an electronic lock in which you only have to enter the PIN to enter at any time (self-check in) with total freedom. Every room has its own bathroom, minifridge, AC, flat screen tv, fan, laptop size safe, fast wifi, hair dryer, gel+shampoo... We strongly recommend to rent a car or if you are a scooter experienced driver this is also an option, it will save you a lot of time moving around while you explore the island plus you will get to know hidden spots that are not on the regular routes of public transportation.

We are 2 entrepreneurs who have worked in the hotel industry in different cities like Madrid, Amsterdam or New York City and after gaining enough experience, we decided to create our own personal project. We fully renovated the installations and transformed the old family hotel building into a modern, fresh and mediterranean style allotment, we run the place so every detail has been taken care of personally. We want to offer a very personalized guest service and being a small business with a few rooms makes it possible. We are from the island so we know every secret corner, every hidden beach and the best restaurats, those where you will only hear the dialect from the island.

Nanit Rooms is a little allotment located in the city center of Santa Eulalia, less than 3 minutes walking to the beach and the promenade, it is right in the middle of the famous restaurant row (San Vicente st) where you can find a diverse gastronomy. After a day enjoying what Ibiza has to offer by day and by night, come and relax in a cozy, fresh but most of all mediterranean room.
