It has just renovated, all furniture are new. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces, one of them has view on the swimming pool. The apartment has 2 floors, on the ground floor there is kitchen American style with sofa-bed (can sleep 2-3 persons), 1 bedroom has double bed, bathroom and 2 terraces. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom has double bed, other bedroom has 2 single beds), bathroom and 1 terrace. The residence has 4 swimming pools, one of them for children, barbecue, football zone and playground for children.
Costa Del Silencio situated in Tenerife Sur, 200 meters to the ocean. There are restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets near. It is just 15 minutes driving from the airport Reina Sofia; 15 minutes to the Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
