Property information

This is a lovely two-bed, two-bathroom ground floor apartment which is superbly located in the Los Dolses area, which is ideal for a golfing or family holiday. The bars and restaurants are close by but do not intrude on your peace and quiet. The property overlooks a lovely communal pool and garden area. You enter the apartment through a nice private garden, up the steps to a South- easterly facing terrace, where you can sit and enjoy your breakfasts and evening drinks. You enter the apartment into the lounge, dining room and american style kitchen. From the lounge you go up a small hallway to a master bedroom with ensuite shower room. Opposite the twin bedroom is a family bathroom with bath/shower. Both bedrooms have nice fitted wardrobes. From the front of the apartment you can see the lovely garden and communal pool.

Neighbourhood information

A small urbanisation in Los Dolses within a 10 minute walk to Zenia Boulevard and Los Dolses bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is at La Zenia, but there are lots of different beaches on the Orihuela Costa.
