The property is located in a guarded residence, with a swimming pool and solarium, 100 meters from the beach. With the possibility to park outside the structure, easily and for free. The apartment is all panoramic with a breathtaking view of Puerto Rico. The house is recently renovated and well finished. Very central and quiet location. Inside the residence you can make free use of the swimming pool, sun beds, solarium and WIFI.
I like traveling, playing sports and above all, I will be happy to welcome you.
Puerto Rico is the best neighborhood in Gran Canaria, as in winter it is the warmest and sheltered with 25 ° constant all year. At 100 meters from the residence, there is the beach, the supermarket, several shops and the bus stop. Staying in the city center is priceless!
