This modern and well-furnished bungalow enjoys a quiet location in the Villotel urbanization just 5 minutes by car from the magnificent beach and many services of the center of Moraira, and enjoys splendidly open views to the hills of Teulada. It also has a large balcony with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue. The bungalow is located just 2 km from the town of Benitachell, a small town between Javea and Moraira.
Jávea Golf Course is just 4 km away. Palomita is all on one floor. Entrance from the parking place to a very small conservatory and then to a cozy living/dining room with satellite TV + DVD + A / C, with access to the nice balcony with open views and outdoor furniture. A well-equipped American kitchen. One double room and one room with two single beds, both with A/C units, sharing a bathroom with a shower.
The Palomita bungalow belongs to a large group of bungalows that share a large pool and children´s pool area, with a large pool terrace just a few meters from the bungalow. Just 1 km away, we find the Alaire shopping center, where there are several supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
