All apartments in Parque Santiago V are duplexes and are accessed by stairs (there is no lift).
As a client of Parque Santiago V, you will be entitled to enjoy all the facilities, swimming pools, reception and other facilities of Parque Santiago III, located just across the road.
All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance, although the hotel will do its best to accommodate them.

Apartments cleaning will be done evevry 3 days, as well as the change of towels and sheets.
Bookings of 5 or more rooms are subject to group terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation. If this deposit has not been received within 48 hours, the booking may be cancelled.
For bookings of 14 or more nights, please contact the hotel.
The accommodation reserves the right to refuse check-in or cancel the stay if any of the guests show unacceptable behaviour.
In the event of an early departure without justified circumstances of urgency, the accommodation will charge the full amount of the stay.
