Modern duplex apartment with breathtaking views located in the resort of Costa Adeje. The apartment is located in the Colina Blanca complex and is designed for 5 guests. First floor - one bedroom and one bathroom with shower. The bedroom has two transformable beds (configurations - 2 single beds or one double). On the second floor - a second bedroom with a double bed, a living room combined with a kitchen. As well as access to the terrace with a magical view of the Atlantic. The terrace has a nice seating area where you can relax and enjoy your vacation as comfortably as possible. The apartment is fully equipped for guests: all household appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh bedding and towels, bath amenities and more are at your convenience. On the top floor of the complex BBQ zone, available to other residents of the complex.

The nearest beaches are Playa de Torviscas and Playa de Fañabé. There is free street parking along the complex. The road from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) to the complex takes about 15-20 minutes by car. The shopping complex "Gran Sur" is located in 10-15 minutes walk, to the shopping complex San Eugenio - 10 minutes, to the water park "Aqualand Costa Adeje" - 5-7 minutes on foot.
