This top floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with open-plan kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, a comfy lounge area topped with a terrace and a private rooftop solarium to enjoy al fresco eating and sea views. The apartment is fully furnished (indoor and as well outdoor), equipped with complete white goods appliances (dishwasher, hob, oven, hood, microwave, washing machine), sunbeds, awnings and BBQ equipment. For guests’ comfort there are air conditioning, high speed WIFI internet, LCD TV with NETFLIX and international channels, bed linen, towels etc. The air-conditioning units in all rooms can be used for both cooling and heating. This apartment is situated in the modern Playa Elisa complex that boasts the best facilities in the area like swimming pool of different depths connected with kids’ swimming pool, all of the latest standards. This apartment is located in a small coastal city Torre de la Horadada. Torre de la Horadada is a coastal resort located on the Southern Costa Blanca with fine sandy beaches which are ideal for families with children who have come to spend their summer holidays. Torre de la Horadada is also one of the prettiest of the southern resorts with attractive coastline and seafront walks as well as a charismatic watch tower dating from the time when pirates sailed these seas, numerous sandy beaches, sunny weather and a delightful marina with plenty of mooring space. The surrounding conducive to water sports, especially diving. There are also tennis courts and golf courses nearby. You have walking distance from the complex to supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. La Zenia Boulevard, the largest in the Alicante province and one of the most beautiful shopping centre in Spain with over 160.000 sq meters and 150 shops, is only 15 minutes drive. Access to the Alicante airport takes by car only 1 hour, to Murcia airport it takes only 40 minutes. Transfers from/to the airport can be arranged at an additional cost.
