Parques Casablanca is a beautiful apartment/hotel complex in hills near La Fustera Cove between Moraira and Calpe. This 2nd floor apartment sits atop the highest point in the complex with sweeping views across beautifully landscaped pools, down to the sea and the Rock Ifach at Calpe with gentle green hillsides behind. It is fully equipped for 6 people (with use of sofa bed) and the large living space is complemented by an elegant yet business like kitchen, luxury shower room with twin basins and double sized shower, and a very large terrace which serves as an extra, outdoor room, and is furnished with additional dining table & chairs plus recliners. The terrace benefits from two large awnings to protect you from the mid-day sun, which are independently operated by a remote control unit. The apartment is smartly furnished, but comfort is our priority, after all - you’re on holiday. The Parques Casablanca Complex: Security, modern technology and easy access to all areas feature highly here, along with such facilities as a Reception area, a shaded poolside dining area with pool bar (seasonal) serving drinks and snacks, secure underground parking and an on-site Spa building containing a gymnasium, heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The fees for the Spa facilities, either on a daily or weekly basis, are paid directly to Reception. Current prices available on request. Children are allowed from the age of 10 but must be accompanied by an adult. Although this is a 2nd floor penthouse style apartment, the whole complex is wheelchair friendly with lifts, spacious walkways and wide openings. There are no keys - a swipe card grants entry to each apartment with a wave of the hand. Lights come on magically in front of you and turn themselves off again behind you. Hi-tech, yes but with a friendly feel and ease of use. The complex is in a delightful setting above Fustera Cove, and great attention has been given to providing all comforts.
PLEASE NOTE: This website are currently having issues with their "Request to Book" system in that, once approved, the button guests get on the email inviting them to "Finish their booking" does not work! Please, therefore, if you wish to finish your booking contact the website Welcome to our apartment! My husband and I purchased this apartment from new about 10 years ago now and we spend time there whenever we can. We live in the UK so, unfortunately, it is not as often as we would like. We want holidaymakers to enjoy their holiday there with the spectacular sea views from the large terrace and the peaceful ambiance of the area and so we ensure it is always prepared and spotless clean for you. As it is our second home, we look after it and ensure all the equipment and facilities are in order and it has a very modern and yet homely feel. For this reason, we do ask for a refundable security deposit of 150 Euros to be deposited in our bank before the commencement of your holiday. This is, of course, refunded to you immediately after your holiday when the management has confirmed all has been left in order - which we are sure it will be! (There are no deductions for the odd broken plate or glass etc.). We hope you understand. We are sure you will love it as much as we do....
La Fustera: The small cove of La Fustera is just 10 - 15 mins from either Moraira or Calpe, each with its own style. The youngsters in your party might enjoy the buzz of Calpe, but others may be seduced by the authentic Spanish charms of Moraira with its still bustling fish market. Known as the Millionaires' Playground, Moraira oozes style and character, and the evening promenade from Beach to Plaza to Marina (always filled with dazzling boats) shouldn't be missed. There are restaurants to suit everyone and, in daytime, a choice of two good-sized, well-kept beaches, with all the facilities you would hope for. From Moraira it is only another 15 minutes drive to Javea, similar in character, but bigger, so there's more to watch, or 20 minutes would take you into the Jalon Valley with its spectacular mountain scenery and Bodegas for tasting the local wine. Of course you may like to visit Benidorm's Terra Mitica Theme Park or Aqualandia, or just stay at sandy Fustera Cove with its beach bars
