Welcome to my Apartment! October 2025 we installed electric blinds for the balcony doors. In Summer 2022 we replaced the mattress with higher end comfy Viscoelastic model, Pillows too. Air conditioning in main bedroom. The pine tree visible in the balcony has been removed offering full clear views! In Oct-Nov 2020 the apartment received a major upgrade improving the interior design for your convenience; The 32" TV has been upgraded to a 40" smart TV with access to Netflix, AmazonPrime, and HBO apart from a huge load of premium channels from ALL European Countries and languages! For example: BBC, ITV Ch4, Sky Sports, ALL Football leagues, Kids, latest Movies and even Adult channels! (subject to availability). In the kitchen, a 5-stage osmosis water filter has been installed for pure drinking water and to minimise plastic waste. There is also a Nespresso Coffee machine with free capsules and milk. PG tips tea is also available! A wireless phone charger is available in the lounge for up to 3 phones (Android + iPhone). The bedroom now has black-out curtains to reduce light and an extra spare single bed has been made available. A Wet/Dry hoover for fabric and a steam cleaner have been purchased for the property to guarantee extra cleanliness and added disinfection. The WiFi connection is sourced from a private, symmetric 1Gbs fiber-optic connection. Shopping miles are next door. Main Taxi rank is only 100m away, Spar supermarket only 50m. A great selection of cheap and amazing restaurants are right next door too. We use solar privately since 2015 to power all battery powered devices that help create this content (Laptops, cameras, tablets etc. - even power tools for repairs!).

I was born and raised in Tenerife and I'm self-employed and work in the international photo industry. Inside the apartment you will find some unique decoration hanging on the walls ... (I am a well known landscape photographer on the island). I went to a British School in Tenerife from a young age and studied languages and I.T. so I can actually Speak 5 Languages pretty much fluently. (English, Spanish, German, French and Italian).

The great thing about the area is that its not as touristy as the neighbouring las Americas and you have the picturesque las vistas beach only 50m away with the balcony facing south. Since i have lived in the same building for 40 years i know the area like the back of my hand and for my guests i have compiled a real insider list of all the great places to eat, visit etc. in the area. (Available as a download on your phone/tablet/PC or simply ask!). Pretty much right in front you have a huge selection of popular restaurants and bars at good prices with many having high ratings on Tripadvisor. Main shopping miles are next door. Only 400m away you have a nice 24hr Supermarket for all your needs.. there is even a 24hr Sex-shop just 50m away ;-)
