Seafront Penthouse with Stunning Views – Puerto de Pollença Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, this elegant penthouse offers an exceptional holiday experience with spectacular views directly over the beach of Puerto de Pollença. Its privileged location and comfortable design make it the ideal choice for those wishing to enjoy the sea in style and comfort. Accommodating up to five guests, the apartment features a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a private terrace with breathtaking views over the bay – the perfect setting for seaside breakfasts or sunset dinners. The dining and living spaces are integrated with the kitchen, creating a sense of openness and light. This area is equipped with an air conditioning unit that efficiently cools the entire common space. There are three bedrooms. The two main bedrooms, both with double beds, have individual air conditioning units for optimal comfort. The third bedroom is smaller, with a single bed.
