Two-bedroom flat with one private bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. One double bed, one single bed, one sofa, air conditioning/heating, television. Good Wi-Fi connection. Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, toaster and crockery. Large wardrobes in each bedroom. Hairdryer and iron provided. Cleaning products, toiletries, bed linen, towels and extra blankets provided. Pets are welcome for a nominal fee (please enquire). No events or smoking allowed inside the flat.

Neighbourhood information

The Carmen neighbourhood, located south of the Segura River, is one of the most traditional and authentic neighbourhoods in the city of Murcia. It stands out for its family atmosphere and its mix of local shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Murcian cuisine. It is also just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre, with easy access to iconic monuments such as the Cathedral and the Jardín de Floridablanca, Murcia's oldest park. It is an ideal area for strolling and enjoying everyday life in Murcia.
