A unique space perfectly located between the sea and the mountains, a direct route to disconnection and rest. The house has three floors: Ground floor where is the entry to the house, it has a hall and leaving room and where you can access to the garden area. It also has a porche with furnitures and plenty of space for sunbathing, playing or simply watching the stars. Next to the entrance is the garage where the washer and dryer are located. The car can be parked next to the garage, not inside, with space in the surroundings for up to two more cars. On the first floor we find on one side the kitchen and a small living room with garden views, and on the other two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds . We also find a complete bathroom with a bathtub between the rooms. On the second floor we have another large bathroom and two other bedrooms, also doubles, both with a double bed (1.35 and 1.50). Note that in the corridors of both floors there are built-in wardrobes with plenty of space. In short, it is a very spacious, quiet house with separate spaces, even allowing some autonomy among the guests themselves. For all these reasons, this rural house is an ideal space for families and groups of friends.

Caravia is an Asturian jewel not well known to date. Located on the Dinosaur Coast and on the foothills of the Sueve Mountain Range, this small town will make you disconnect from social noise to immerse yourself in a state of relaxation and connection with nature. As the icing on the cake, Caravia has a gastronomic quality that is difficult to beat.
