In this flat you can enjoy your holidays and relax looking at the sea from the balcony in a privileged location. From the living room you can see the sea directly through the huge window. We also have access to the balcony where you can eat, read or relax looking at the sea. - Front balcony overlooking the beach, equipped with table and 4 modern style chairs. - Master bedroom with direct sea views, double bed 180x200 cm, huge dressing room with plenty of storage space, full length mirror. This bedroom has its own full bathroom (2 washbasin, mirror, wastebasin, mirror-cupboard, hairdryer, large shower, wc and bidet). - Second bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds, chair to put clothes on and large wardrobes with plenty of storage space. - Second bathroom with double washbasin and mirror, large wardrobe, wastebasin, wc and large shower. - Kitchen with many cupboards and a lot of equipment: Oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, lots of plates, glasses, cutlery, chopping boards, frying pans, pots, bowls, etc. In the large kitchen cupboard there is a clothes iron, ironing board and folding clothes horse. From the kitchen there is access to the outdoor terrace gallery where the washer-dryer is located.
