I live locally so happy fo helo with any questions about the property ,area, golf club hire ,car hire and excursions.

Property information

Provat comolex with only 9 properties with a large communal pool and baby pool , quiet area with a local supermarket 50 meters and the beach the same. Only a 15 min walk to the shopping centers and the Mogán mall and also very close to the bus station.

Neighbourhood information

The beach is a minutes walk as is te promenade which takes you to Amadores beach. The property is very central so Ideal for the shoooing center ( but not too close so it’s quiet at night) the angry birds theme park the bus station Etc are all in walking distance as well as both marinas which have some great bars and restaurants ( harbor lights , the Greek, taj oalace , wig wams )
