Within a 10 minute walk is the lively Paseo in the new town with bars and restaurants and it's about a 10-15 minute drive to the stunning blue flagged Oliva beaches, Playa Pau Pi and Playa Aigua Blanca. You can also get a bus from the new town to the beach in 10 minutes, or walk it in about 40 minutes along a stream. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor we have the living room and the court yard and on the 2nd floor it's the kitchen diner with a staircase leading up to the roof terrace. Please note, as the sleeping and living spaces are split across the three floors, this property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
