What makes this villa a unique place for a well-deserved holiday in Ibiza is double. It is an ideal accommodation in combination with a fantastic setting. This is a modern new constructed villa that has been finished to a high standard and that takes into account the wishes of its guests. The villa is fully equipped in order to offer my guests and maybe you, too, the most comfortable stay possible. Sa Plana de Baix is located in a very quiet and residential area. From the terraces on the first floor there are views of the countryside with the sea in the distance. At 700 meters is the beach Port des Torrent with its bars and restaurants with good atmosphere and in just 3 minutes by car is the beach of Cala Bassa or Cala Conta, the two most beautiful beaches of Ibiza. In short, the perfect location for an excellent vacation.
My name is Peter. I am an entrepreneur in the broadest sense of the word. After I closed my companies in the Netherlands in 2013, I went to Ibiza by boat. I knew the island a little bit as a tourist, but I really fell in love when I was here for a while. Ibiza is a fantastic island where everyone is welcome. Ibiza is Cosmopolitan and the people are open and welcoming. In addition, it has a beautiful nature and a wonderful climate, both in summer and in winter. Enjoying the most beautiful beaches in Europe and the most spectacular sunsets, who would not want that? I like to welcome my guests myself in the villa and make them familiar with it. In addition, if asked i give tips about Ibiza, car hire, restaurants, boat rental, and much more. I hope that I also may welcome you in Ibiza. You can be sure that I will do everything to give you that real feeling of "coming home" and make your stay here as comfortable as possible.
A lovely quiet area with lots of greenery and the beach at the end of the street. Sa Plana de Baix is located on the edge of a residential area with a view of the landscape with the sea in the distance.
