Sea view paradise Lanzarote esta en la mejor zona de Puerto del Carmen, en una residencia tranquila a escasos metros de una grande playa, y del paseo maritimo donde se puede encontrar una oferta muy amplia de restaurantes y bares. El apartamento es ideal para 4 personas con preciosas vistas al mar y piscina con inspiración Manrique. 2 habitaciones 1 baño , zona común del salón-comedor y cocina totalmente equipada.
La zona de la piscina y su terraza ofrecen la posibilidad de disfrutar al máximo de los exteriores del apartamento, siempre mirando al mar.
La zona esta dentro de un micro clima siempre con temperatura agradable. Una preciosa playa de arenase encuentra a unos pocos metros de la casa. La oferta de bares y restaurantes, con tiendas de todo estilo es muy amplia justo al salir de la urbanización.
